OUR SERVICES
Concrete Lifting at Competitive Rates
WHAT IS CONCRETE LIFTING?
-
Strategically placed holes (1-5/8 inches in diameter) are drilled into the concrete slab.
-
A grout mixture is pumped under the slab to fill voids and raise the slab to its original level, giving it a solid foundation.
-
The drilled holes are refilled with concrete then painted to closely match your existing concrete.
-
Existing cracks can be caulked to prevent further water erosion.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
-
COST. Concrete lifting is approximately 1/3 the price of replacing the concrete.
-
UNIFORMITY. New concrete is generally a different color than the existing concrete, creating a checkered appearance.
-
LIABILITY. Having uneven concrete can cause dangerous tripping hazards.
-
LESS MESS. Since the existing concrete is being lifted, instead of removed, there is less dust, debris and lawn damage around the customers home.
-
LESS TIME. Most jobs are completed and ready for traffic by the end of the day.
-
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY. There is no broken concrete to clutter the landfill.
